Originally, we went just to taste beer from the microbrewery. The beer and food are excellent, the service is perfect, and the prices are unbelievable for the center of Prague. We will definitely be back...

Very good food for a very good price.

We visited here on our second night in Prague after seeing it recommended on social media. It's fairly new so doesn't have tons of reviews but as it was close in distance to our hotel we decided to give it a go. The restaurant is massive - plenty of tables over two floors. We booked our table online in the morning but I suspect we would have been okay just turning up - although it was busy for a weekday night! The food was amazing - lots of choice and all cooked perfectly with so many interesting flavours. We both had starters and main courses with two beers and two cocktails and the bill came to £55! There's a really cool vibe at this place - would be perfect for either couples or groups. Would 100% recommend

Plus: Very good food, thank you chef. Ok: The service took care. Absolute minus: At three tables guests smoked one heated cigarette after another, the service saw it and did not solve it. I really don't want to inhale the smell of damp straw with my meal. Maybe the owner could intervene and educate the staff what to ask of guests... like respecting the laws.... Bizarre: On the back of the menu you will find the sentence: For a group of 12 or more guests a 10% service charge will be added to the final bill... So bigger celebrations elsewhere.

I was here for the first time today and definitely not the last! Great food, payment via QR code. The service was pleasant and kind. I definitely recommend it and will gladly stop by during my next visit to Prague. Thank you to the whole team :)

Super food and service.

Today's New Year's Eve evening was very pleasant. We were served by Honza, who was friendly and helpful. He recommended the prawns, which were amazing. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Everything excellent.

It is a trendy, modern restaurant in a large loft style building. We came because we wanted a break from the traditional Czech restaurants and we were not disappointed. We came back a second time. We had ribs, which came with garlic bread, chicken Caesar salad and fries. All great and not at all greasy. This is also a brewery and we enjoyed the local IPA which we prefer to Czech lager. \\\ The staff were very attentive and polite.

If you are coming here food don’t , my and my boyfriend got steak tarter , pork. Reply to start and then burger and beef wellington for our main , first of all the beef tarter was almost grey in coloured and the pork was okay but it was basically just batter no meat at all in it , and the burger was cold in the middle and looked like it jsut hit the pan , while beef wellington was surprisingly okay but it was tough , and there was to much mushroom for my liking but it didn’t bother me much , overall it not worth you money food wise at all the food isn’t good , although the waiter that we had her name was Karen she was very nice and was accommodating (ie she allowed us to change it from baby potatoes to mash on the wellington) , I think this place would be nice for drink but the food broiled never go again and never recommended.

This is my first time here. I must say that the food is absolutely great. There was a problem with the service for a moment, but that can sometimes be understood. Otherwise, it was absolutely super.

Nice modern design with good atmosphere. Starters excellent. Main courses very bad. Schrimps not fresh, potato pure like tough dough, burger bun hard as rock. Not recommended and will not return.

Very good ten which held the foam and bitterness as it should be. Only the service unfortunately did not have change when I wanted to pay 200 Kč.

The food is really excellent, the beer is great, and I think everyone will find something to their liking. The service is pleasant, the interior is beautiful.

Really tasty food and drink in a good atmosphere. We had the pork ribs and BBQ roast chicken. Both were tasty and left us full! Patrik, our server, was friendly too.

We visited FUZE Restaurant on November 2nd around 13:40 and left at 14:40.\\\ At first, everything seemed ok, the restaurant looked stylish, the atmosphere was nice, and the waiter who gave us our table and served us at the beginning was very kind, friendly, and attentive. We were actually planning to stay longer and order more food because other family members were also joining us.\\\ However, what happened next with another waitress was truly shocking and unacceptable.\\\ A female waitress with red hair (i didn’t catch her name) walked by our table, and I wanted to ask her something politely. Before I could even finish speaking, she made a dismissive hand gesture, a kind of sliding movement of her hand, without even looking at me or saying a single word. The gesture was extremely disrespectful and left me and my family speechless. \\\ A couple of minutes later, we needed salt at our table. My brother stood up to politely ask if he could take the salt from their counter (because no waiter was there at the time). When he asked the same waitress, to make sure it is ok, she simply walked past him as if he didn’t exist, again without saying a word. She was walking in his direction and he was standing right in front of her at the moment. it was impossible not to notice him. At that point, we all felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.\\\ We called the manager to our table. The manager came together with the same waitress, and I calmly explained everything that had happened, exactly as it was.\\\ At first instead of apologizing or showing understanding, the manager said he “couldn’t imagine how something like this could happen” and that “no one has ever complained about her before.” That response made the situation even worse because it felt like he didn’t believe us. I told him this was our first visit, that we were initially satisfied, and that we even planned to order more food, but after this behavior, we just wanted to finish what we already had and leave.\\\ The manager offered us complimentary shots desserts for the kids, which I appreciated as an attempt to make things right, but honestly, we didn’t feel comfortable accepting anything else from the restaurant at that point. The trust was gone.\\\ After that, the same waitress came back and told me that my brother had asked her about the salt, but that she “doesn’t bring the salt, someone else does.” I told her that even if that was the case, she could have at least responded politely or explained that another waiter would bring it. Completely ignoring customers who are speaking to you is simply arrogant and unprofessional. \\\ I want to emphasize that the male waiter who served us originally was polite, and we still gave him a proper tip because he truly deserved it. But because of the red-haired waitress’s rude behavior and the manager’s unconvincing reaction, our entire experience was ruined.\\\ \\\ We left the restaurant disappointed and uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially considering how easily the situation could have been avoided with basic respect and professionalism.\\\ It’s unfortunate, because the restaurant itself has potential but such arrogant and dismissive behavior towards customers completely destroys the atmosphere.\\\ We will not return.

Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, tasty and interesting menu at a reasonable price and of course good beer, which they brew themselves there.

Excellent dark hare and horseradish beer with it. Be careful when paying, they have an automatic 10% tip set.

During our 4 day trip, this was the best restaurant.\\\ Mr Patrik and his crew took care of us, very good service, the food was excellent and well cooked.\\\ We started with catfish, then schnitzel and finishing with icecream.

Since we made a reservation for 1:00 PM, we had to limit ourselves “only” to the lunch menu. The food was really excellent, the dessert was also excellent. I also tasted the local beer, which I really liked. We were served by Mrs. Adélka, who was very kind and pleasant. We made another reservation for tomorrow. I can only recommend it.

I was here for lunch for the first time. Soup and braised beef = 159 CZK. I waited about five minutes for the main course and they even apologized for the delay. The service was fast, kind, and attentive. I didn't expect much from food for this price in the center of Prague, but I definitely haven't had a better lunch menu recently.

We went to dinner. The service was very helpful and always advised. Everything you choose here is 10/10 for me. The beers from the home brewery FUZE are also great for me. I recommend the local 13 and souring. We were definitely not the last time. Wellington absolutely divine. I recommend 10/10.

We’ve visited the restaurant Fuze with family for weekend lunch. Excellent and quality food and really value for money. Very friendly staff paid nicely balanced attention which wasn’t disruptive.

We stumbled across this restaurant close to our hotel and decided to give it a try. I had the pork schnitzel and my friend had the 1/2 chicken and we shared a side of winter vegetables. The food was superb and the staff were friendly. I also had a cocktail which was great!\\\ We both agree this is the best meal we’ve had in Prague so far.

During my stay in Prague I went for dinner at Fuze \\\ The place is very nice, the staff friendly and helpful and most importantly you eat really very well. Prices are average considering the plating (even the eye wants its share!!) and the excellent quality of the food \\\ Highly recommended

Great beer at a normal price near the center of Prague.

I only had beer. It was like in any microbrewery. But I didn't know what to choose from the food to go with the beer. A tiny sausage for a lot of money. But the pub is nice and huge. And those backrests that look like that cylindrical industrial heating :-D were comfortable to sit on. Maybe I should stop by here sometime.

I had an evening gathering here with friends. It was difficult to choose from the menu and the selected spaghetti did not appeal to me. The non-alcoholic beer was good, the dark FUZEnáč also did not appeal. What is good and interestingly solved is the interior and the service was pleasant and functioned optimally.
